If you find yourself in Toyako Onsen, the town on the southwest shore of Lake Toya, don't miss this outstanding soba restaurant:The shop is one street back (away from the lake) from the main lakeside road, on a southwest corner. No English menu, no English sign. The soba flour is ground from buckwheat grown in Horokanai, a Hokkaido town famous for buckwheat. The noodles are handmade on the premises.I had the tempura soba (880 yen). You can have it hot or cold. The noodles were wonderfully firm and the tempura was light and crispy. My friend had the oyako soba (chicken and egg soba) for the same price. Both dishes are served with a mini rice ball consisting of crisp nori seaweed wrapped around a mix of white and red rice. If you love soba and are in Lake Toya, do not miss this place.

It seems that they are a couple, but they are working together and my wife's customer service has a pleasant light. I did not ask, but maybe tempura was good. I asked for Tanuki, but it was a bit lonely. Heavenspan was crispy and delicious.

It’s impolite to foreigner customers, even give a bad expression and abuse with Japanese , it’s seems not welcome foreigner customers So I recommend maybe local people is ok, but to have a good experience think twice before go to this store if u are foreigner

Soba is deliciousIn front of the public parking lot next to the bus terminal along the Toyako Noboribetsu Line. I wonder if there were two or three in front of the store. It is used by tourists, people waiting for buses in various areas, hot springs, and buses.

It specializes in various soba noodles. I am okay to eat, but my parents do not seem to have a cold. The decoration of this house is very good, there is a petty bourgeois adjustment, the layout of the door is also very careful (• ̀ ω • ́) y

Unlike a certain person's review, this place gave me a fantastic soba experience. Tried the hot soba with tempura -- was definitely blown away. The chef and his colleague were very well mannered (I'm a foreigner by the way). Photography is not allowed so please keep that in mind and respect the rules of the restaurant so that you can fully immerse yourself in the ambience.

We are particular about all the menus and wait when it is crowded, but it is the best with Horokanai soba, tempura and general recommended sake. At night, we enjoyed Toya with soba at the hot spring hotel at noon.

It is very tasty. Noodles are fragrant and soy sauce is not too sweet and easy to eat. Many people from other countries also come to eat.

Located in Toyako Onsen town, it is a soba-style soba shop that is open with special attention. Two parking lots are parked in front of the store. When it is full, it may be okay to rent a parking lot at a nearby facility.I ordered Kashiwa soba (warm soba), but the waist remained firm, unlike the non-waist soba that is common in warm soba. The chicken in the kashiwa soba seems to have been pretreated and had a unique taste and aroma.I used to eat Seiro soba (cold soba noodles) before, but of course the buckwheat of soba was also solid.I didn't take any pictures because the POP stuck at the entrance says "In-store photography is prohibited."If you want to eat soba here, please visit.

The owner is very friendly and tasty. If you go to Hokkaido, you should stop by again. No shots in the restaurant LA I could not take pictures. There is a cute explanation about your unkindness in the menu. The signboard was covered by a maple tree, so I went to see the photos posted on Google. We could park about 2 cars in front of restaurant and parking lot across the shop was available free of charge.

Soba shop posted in Michelin, if you ask for soba, you will be able to enjoy the sticking local sake, with a rap - shaped rice ball.Buckwheat uses buckwheat from Horokanai, there is moderate elasticity with slightly thick eyes.Tsuyu is a dry type with sharp feeling that the soup of the clause system is effective and feels a slightly sweet taste.Although the buckwheat is white turbid, it was a light-hearted type.Tempura is crispy and deep-fried and exquisite, and honestly it is more satisfying with tasty impact than soba.Sake sake also stocks highly rarity, makes you feel commitment. There is also a feeling of cleanliness, it is a good buckwheat shop to stop by, ✨

Buckwheat is delicious. Amiable aunt is not good. Will do so will a nutshell. I ordered the warm tempura soba. Buckwheat aroma is wonderful, soup is a thick, batter of tempura was crisp! ! Taste of food is I think no doubt. Was the correct answer to go with because the shops that are listed in the Michelin. But whether the hospitality of Aunt says a little bluntly, I would think whether not it too much refreshment. There are reasons to star 4. After that I thought the Do I wish you were cashless.
